Used extensively in the Agricultural, Horticultural and Irrigation industries.  Made from high grade glass reinforced nylon makes these fittings strong and lightweight.

• Designed to fit a large range of New Zealand polythene pipes and flexible hoses.  Sizes range from 15mm - 50mm (1/2" - 2").

• Anka polythene pipe fittings are quick and easy to fit. Simply cut the pipe squarely, chamfer, and push the pipe over the barbs up to the stop and tighten the nut. (Note: Chamfering of the pipe will assist connection.) The double barb gives a large surface area for the pipe to grip on to. In most situations Anka fittings can be fitted cold to pipe. In cold conditions and with thin wall medium density pipe it is recommended the pipe be warm or heated. (Note: the 25mm-50mm fittings are double barbed and the 15mm-20mm fitting are single barbed).

• The nuts are coded blue for water. The blue nut colour also makes the joints easy to find.

• 200 PSI working pressure (13.7 Bar).

• Can pull off nut to apply hose clip for thicker pipes.
